Quick and easy application, lots of clear information

Not had to contact Plata for any customer service, however the application process was really easy and quick online. Decision was made quickly and all information was sent over. Plata offered me credit when others wouldn’t and fitted my needs, which again, at the time was exactly what I was looking for. They update me often and logging into my online account is ideal.
