I find it easy to apply and the rate was reasonable. However your accessibility to the account and it’s management may need improvement. Instead of having to re-apply for login details every time, it would be nice to just be able to access and view/make changes to already existing accounts . Reviewed on: 25th February 2026

Easy to navigate their application process and the account when set up. Excellent rates, no issues what so ever and when I need another loan, they will be the ones I use. Irrespective of any other loan could ever undercut them, the service is outstanding and so easy especially for a neurodivergent customer like myself.
