Fantastic customer service and very efficient process.

I applied for a loan late on a Saturday evening. All the instructions to proceed with the application were easy to understand and I did not experience any difficulties. I was advised that a decision would be made on the next working day which was the Monday. I received a phone call to clarify a minor point and immediately afterwards, within minutes, I received the paperwork. Within hours, confirmation had been received that the loan had been approved and the money reached my bank account the same day. I imagine that if I had applied on a working day, the funds would have been received the same day. Absolutely fantastic customer service and extremely efficient. Reviewed on: 24th February 2026
