Really positive experience from start to finish of application, was a delay in getting the funds rang up to double check everything was okay they couldn’t apologise enough and sent a gratitude payment also! Simple process during a difficult financial period

Simple process and every time I have contacted Plata, I have been made to feel comfortable talking about lending and the options available to me. I have never had to take out a loan before but after going through a divorce and starting over in my 40s I have needed a bit of help to get my new home ready for me and my two children. I first came across Plata when searching for a personal loan a few years ago when my son was getting married. I again approached Plata when my daughter got married last year. My youngest daughter is next to get married...so i expect i will again be in contact! Always a professional and friendly service. Very impressed by Plata and would highly recommend.
