Supportive staff, people’s people and honesty

It’s honestly a long story but if I’m to say a summary, South Manchester Credit union provided me with a loan to settle my tuition at the time I lost hope. It made me feel supported and heard. To top it all, it came to me as a shock when I was told that I am saving alongside my loan repayments. Not to leave this great detail out of it, there staff was really supportive and used kind words.
