I’ve only ever needed to contact Abound once, and even then the experience was incredibly smooth. The webchat team answered everything I needed quickly and clearly, which gave me a lot of confidence in the service. On top of that, I’m genuinely impressed with how user‑friendly the website is. The interest estimator is especially helpful, being able to play around with different payment amounts and instantly see how it affects the interest makes planning so much easier.
