Easy application, some service improvements available

Applying online was easy, however if you have accounts that don’t support open banking it can be tricky, customer support seem to follow a script related to this which would be better if edited to provide more information. It’s a shame that I can’t access my loan details via open banking despite abound using open banking for applications, and I’d encourage this as an important feature to add.
