Very kind and helpful

I have nothing but praise for the guys who work here. Dispite me being very dear and unable to hear on mobiles or telephones they have been very helpful with clear guideance and communication via email. They even have put up with my impaitentness as the best of times and still willing to help. They deserve to win and long may we continue to have good relationship together.
