Serving the local community

Easy to set up an account, easy to manage through the app. It’s wonderful to save through a credit union that supports the local economy and community, and has high ethical standards. Opened an account in 2008 when I found myself with no savings and on my own, my mum recommended the credit union as a way to start saving and if I needed a loan in the future for the more expensive items ie fridge / washing machine etc that I might need when setting up a new home the credit union didn’t charge extortionate APR . It was the best decision I ever made, ended up with good savings and knowing I could borrow if i needed to. Reviewed on: 24th July 2025
