Customer satisfaction guarantee.

I've been using Oxford Credit Union for a verylongtime, and it has since it's transfer over to Acorn, I've still been there as a customer who have had to contact customer service on occasions. Whenever I've had to contact them, I've always been treated hospitable and in a satisfactory way, sometimes better than expected; never have I been left wanting of any answers, all down to their congeniality and customer care.
