Really good

Had a good experience so far almost had my insurance a year an had no issues yet Reviewed on: 23rd August 2023

Happy with them

I haven't had to make a claim via admiral in my year with them however the myadmiral online portal appears to be simple enough to use should I need to in the future. I had to increase my estimated mileage in my first year with them and this was a quick and simple process I could do online and only costed an extra £12 for 3000 more miles added to my estimation. When I called them up with questions regarding buying insurance from them, the customer service rep was helpful and polite, and I got connected fairly quickly so can't fault that. Renewing for a second year, even with a years no claims discount with them, my insurance increased by £200 for a years cover which was not great, while I understand the market has some inflation, this seems a very large increase Reviewed on: 23rd August 2023

Highly recommend

Easy To Deal With

There is not alternative

Truly, Admiral goes the extra mile to price match competitors and if they can't it's usually because the competitor is lacking multiple elements of a policy. Admirals packages like home and car are amazing and their quick responsiveness to claims is unrivaled. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2023
