Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Easy to deal with

Haven't had to claim but taking out my policy and temporarily amending it to cover other named drivers was so easy and customer services was brilliant. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Great price and customer service

I’ve been an admiral customer for 5 years and every year the price of my car insurance has been much cheaper than other companies I’ve compared with. Nothing is too much trouble

Good Pricing - Comprehensive Plan
