Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Easy, reliable and well priced

Affordable car insurance

Someone bumped my car while parked.

Someone hit my car when it was parked. Contacted admiral about 6ish that night and told them what happened and within half an hour I had everything I needed. Next morning the garage my car was going to phoned and my car's damage was assessed before 12 pm. Great insurers

I have been with Admiral for years now, with having one year out with another provider as they came in Cheaper.
