Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Great insurance company

I'm with Admiral for many year and I never needed to look for another insurers when my renewal was due, each year my cover price been reduced and even when adding another car for multi car insurance price was like for one car. Highly recommended especially for multi car insurance. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Excellent customer service & price

This is now my second year of using admiral multi car and I cannot fault them. Quotes are far cheaper than other insurers. Customer service easy to speak with and try their best to find lowest quotes against ones found by other insurers. Honest when house insurance that I currently have could not be matched. Flexible and good value
