Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Reliable and efficient

Once I had a problem with my car's chassis during the storm in the East Midlands; I contacted them and took just a few days to organise a repair appointment. They did not waste a lot of time and were kind and full of patience. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Great customer customer service

Helpful, efficient and competative

Have always found the staff very helpful and friendly. Nothing ever seems too much trouble. On the odd occasion when I have considered a change of insurers they have always proved competitive. Why go anywhere else? Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

East and good value multi car insurance
