Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Best price, on par cover, easy to set up

Admiral gave me a quote which was the cheapest I could find which offered on par cover to my old policy. I found setting this up very easy and I have no doubt that if I need to contact admiral for anything their customer service will be great. I’d highly recommend. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022
