Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Great value and service

I joined Admiral and their customer communications are clear and helpful. Another family members has also joined based on my recommendation and they are also satisfied with the cover and value. Reviewed on: 13th September 2021

Good customer service

Always friendly and helpful on the phone. Renewal prices are always competitive when phoning up. Just a shame the "loyalty bonus" isn't applied automatically on renewal. Reviewed on: 13th September 2021

I recommend Admiral

Finding car insurance is never easy, nor in some circumstances cheap. I have looked high and low for a good car insurance for my car for a good few years and came across Admiral. Now I will be honest, they were not the cheapest to come up first on my search engine but they certainly offer what you need AND THEY ARE NOT A COMPANY SUPPORTED BY ANOTHER COMPANY !. You get through to a Admiral worker when needed not a sister company or one that not many people have heard of. I can't stress enough how fair I have been treated with setting up my insurance on my modified car, at a non bank breaking amount, and with multi car policy available, I now have my wife and her car on one policy, still not bank breaking and still very very affordable. Do yourself a favour and get insured with Admiral, i really think it's well wort it. Reviewed on: 13th September 2021
