Admiral offer vehicle insurance policies for vans, young drivers, new and learner drivers, temporary drivers and delivery drivers. It also has a MultiCar insurance option.

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Reliable and friendly service

Renewed two years in a row now due to the good service and quality product they offer, enjoy the admiral rewards too so even purchased my travel insurance through them. Straight forward value

I feel like I can trust admiral to negotiate a competitive price with the added peace of mind that I have been able to rely on them in the past when required. They were also honest enough to refund customers some of their premium during lockdown when claims were not being made. Best Insurance company I have used

They communicate very well with regular updates and during lockdown gave their policy holders a rebate as they knew most wouldn't have been using their cars and that it was a difficult time for many, which I felt was a great gesture and one of the reasons that I feel loyal to them.
