Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Great customer experience

Quotes are highly competitive. The multi car especially so. Admiral provided a covid discount to share their profits. They have a competitive heritage car policy. Can't comment on claims as fortunately I've not had to make one. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Fabulous & efficient service

I found Admiral via Go Compare. The quote & on boarding was seamless, fast and economical. Then I had to make some changes and it was just so easy too particularly during lockdown when other companies would not take phone calls. So I highly recommend Admiral for all your insurance needs. Admiral have always had great value for money and I have have no problems at all.

I have been with a few insurance companies for my car and none of them have been as prompt as admiral! I don’t get bothered all the time with phone calls, emails ect. I have had a very kind refund due to the corona virus meaning that we aren’t driving as much! Would recommend 100%!!!! Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
