Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Easy to get a quote/renew or claim should the worst happen

Good friendly company

No longer with Admiral due to a change of car which raised issues. I had been with Admiral for many years and always had good service and a fair price. The staff have always been helpful, and sorted out my issue but unfortunately after I had left. My refund was issued prompty, the later events have made me question why I left, I expect to return.
