Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

My go-to insurance company

Since discovering Admiral (and Elephant) car insurance I now use them as my default insurance company. I hate dealing with the car insurance but know I can give them a ring (i am not forced to go online!) and they will talk me through the whole thing and get the cover I need. Documents are dispatched to me quickly and efficiently by email and stored for future reference. They also use text messages to remind me of stuff I need to know! Very helpful.
