Admiral offer vehicle insurance policies for vans, young drivers, new and learner drivers, temporary drivers and delivery drivers. It also has a MultiCar insurance option.

Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Good start to the insurance

Been with Admiral Insurance now for a long time. Everything good, apart from the renewal prices, but I always get them down to reasonable eventually. Have had problems recently though. Trying to change a like for like car on my policy and Admiral want a silly amount of extra money to do this Reviewed on: 11th September 2018

Friendly customer support

I would recommend Admiral car insurance on two counts. Firstly, as a young person I have a Telematics Insurance Policy. Admiral uses this information to help give me the fairest insurance, without some of the restriction, such as driving time, that other insurance companies have. Good for under 25s

Helpful if you ring up. Unfortunately have to have a black box which im not convinced will highlight bad drivers. Reviewed on: 11th September 2018

Quick to the point service and advice

Contacted when they said they will. Friendly and competitive advise given. Talked about almost everything without asking and kept it to the point which meant I did not have to call many times before deciding. I had a great service with car insurance so I did home insurance also. Have recommended to many of my friends and family. Reviewed on: 11th September 2018
