Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Spent most of my driving years with Admiral

Although I buy car insurance through comparison sites every year, I’ve almost always ended up with admiral. I think their customer service is very good, always helpful and reliable. Good value for money car insurance and I’ve never had any problems! Reviewed on: 4th September 2018

Great customer service

Every time I call to ask about a quote or making a change they are so knowledgeable, and accurate- meaning they have never quoted or said something to me that I later found out was different in print (like a bill or email) or the information had changed when I spoke to someone else. They are also easy to reach and quick! I always receive an email immediately after speaking on the phone. I am very pleased. Reviewed on: 4th September 2018

Quality cover

Been with admiral 4 years solid, price stayed the same or less, 1 call a year to do the sales dance over renewal price but all in all very satisfied with cover and cost. Yet to use so cannot comment on claim handling Reviewed on: 4th September 2018
