Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Great first time insurance

Admiral have been great for my first car insurance experience. Customer service were great helping me set up my first year, and when I needed to change some things recently they were quick to respond and sorted everything out with no hassle. Good but

The service overall is good from my experience. The black box rating is a little confusing. I will drive the same each week yet it comes up with different ‘suggestions to improve’ each week. I feel this is so they don’t have to give you a gold or silver rating. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2018

Darn-Diddly-Delightful!

Well, I earned my stripes with Diamond. Found it to be rather expensive if I'm honest, but it was my first year driving. Got myself a 1year no-claims, bought myself a nicer car, much like the red emoji vehicle I depict here: Reviewed on: 3rd September 2018
