Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Keep it simple stupid

I am a student so financially funding a car can be stressful. However, Admrial gave me the best deals for car insurance, that didn't break my bank, and with the little box dashboard app, I am in control of lowering my next insurance renewal and able to see how well I am currently drivi g with tips on how to improve it.
