Shocking insurer

Small changes incur heavy premium increases. Even upgrading you car and putting parking sensors on will increase the premium. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

Room for improvement, but reliable

I’d say I’m about 80% happy with Admiral. They’re a trusted brand and I’ve used them and off (mostly on) over the last 7 years. The only negative for me is that it feels like they try to rip you off when it comes to renewing. Every year I get frustrated that it takes ringing up claiming to leave before they’ll give you their “best offer” which is much closer to competitor’s price than the price they give you to automatically renew. This aside, I’ve never had a bad customer service experience with them, employees are always polite and courteous and I think the website is much better than most others (still room for improvement though!). Probably the cheapest car insurance if you use their telematics too, which I’ve never had a problem with. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

Cheap and cheerful

Great value for money- there is a lot included for a cheap price. Really good for new and inexperienced drivers who may be a bit more nervous on the roads. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

good price good service

I would definitely recommend it, once my car was broken down on the way, when I called admiral and immediately they sent the road services, and assisted to take the cart the garage. Wish further success... Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

Fantastic service

When I called on 16/6/18 the advisor was thourough, went above and beyond, she even got me a cheaper price than what I had! How amazing just what you want someone who is genuine not trying to make additional sales and really takes customer service to a different level! She was truthful and had to look into stuff she even called me back as promised, I have experience in the past where promised call backs become failed call backs from other company’s.
