Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Admiral found me the best price for my insurance and they also offer great extras for a great deal too. They are always doing there best to help and will always make sure they’ve done everything they can. I would recommend to anyone ! Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

Admiral takes customers seriously

I had a claim this year, my fault, and got some conflicting information. When I pointed it out, Admiral has started an investigation straight away and I have received a payment as an apology. Very professional attitude. Thank you Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

I have recently switched insurance to admiral after another company wanted to charge double the price. I found it very easy to set up and user friendly through the admiral website. I have only been insured with admiral for a few weeks but I am very pleased so far. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018
