Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Fabulous Quick & Easy First Car Insurance

I bought my first car insurance from admiral and it was by far the best value for money! No black box required, and good discounts for naming my parents on the policy. Would definitely recommend to any of my friends looking for their first car insurance! Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

Good in general

Their customer experience was good actually, I switched from DirectLine to Admiral which I saved about £400 annually but if they do charge if I change address. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

A customer focused company, driven to provide the best service and price

Admiral were my first car insurance provider and provided the best deal on insurance against competitors. I have always been impressed by the great customer service that I have received, the best price against competitors and knowing that when I need to claim or query my policy, they are always quick to respond. I usually prefer to switch around with providers to get the best deal, but since I have been with Admiral they have provided me with cheaper and cheaper insurance each year, with no detrimental effect on both service and what the cover provides. This ongoing service and dedication by Admiral to provide the best service is why I am more than happy to recommend them as an insurance provider (of which multiple family members have joined) and I shall be sticking with them for many years to come. Considering Multi Car

Had to look across the options on purchasing a second car, as my incumbent came in with not only a ridiculous quote but shabby half hearted information and a dismissive approach to multi-car. They lie on their price offers and do everything they can to blame the customer when they can't deliver

Amazing Customer Sevice
