Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Brilliant first year

By far the cheapest insurance quote for me as a new driver by £400+ already recommended to 4 family members and they are looking to switch over when their current insurance expires!! Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

Competitive, flexible, simple!

This is our first Multi Car policy. It was so simple to set up, and the fact that the renewal date for our cars differed by a month didn’t matter. The price for both policies was extremely competitive (notwithstanding the fact that one is a month shorter than the other), and setting it up online was a doddle. You hope to never have to use car insurance, but our experience of Admiral thus far has been nothing but positive. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018
