Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Start Date

I had clicked the wrong day for my Insurance to start, which was a problem because I had cancelled my previous policy with my previous provider. A quick phone call to Admiral Customer Services and a couple hours later, they had sorted it out! I was able to start driving the same day. Huge Thanks Admiral Customer Service Team! Easy to set up, staff were very helpful
