Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

No stress for first time drivers

Im a first time driver so going through the experience of buying car insurance was a daunting thought for me but I had nothing to worry about as the man I talked to was really helpful. This made the whole experience less stressful on me and not to mention Admiral was the cheapest quote, needless to say thats why I went with Admiral. Thanks Admiral Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018
