Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Very simple and efficient insurance!

I have never had any issues whatsoever with admiral. With all the insurance companies I’ve used, I always seem to get hiccups, problems or terms and conditions which send prices skyrocketing. Admiral were nothing but helpful and fast when setting up my policy. Very cost friendly and I have been left alone to drive my lovely new car in sured and in peace :) Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

Cheap and good customer service

The best out there!!

I’ve recently switched to admiral and they have given me a fantastic deal by halving my monthly fee and removed my black box!! For any young drivers out there I would highly recommend Admiral car insurance. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018
