Shy Girl - Good Customer Service

I am an awkward person and one of my fears is talking to strangers over the phone and will always try to email when possible. In order to sort out my car insurance, I was required to talk to someone over the phone and the woman I spoke to was very lovely and 100% helpful and understanding which made the experience slightly less terrifying and even helped to boost my confidence. Simple and easy

Admiral was easy to get a quote, and simple to buy insurance from. It was the cheapest for me to buy with other companies charging a lot more so I was able to save money as well. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

not a bad company

only problem I have is not receiving my policy documents by post I am insured with you and have a good deal but no certificate of ins by post I just cannot download it as im no whiz on the computer Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018
