Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Good experience

It’s much cheaper than the others as a first time user of the insurance. It’s also convenient to check everything online and also have a flexibility to change the policy. Can even check how safe your driving skills are! Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

Not had a problem up to now

As it was my first car all my quotes for insurance was so steep but admiral was quite reasonable if I had a plug in and drive for 3 months i have just sent my device back and received a discount for good driving would definetly recomend admiral Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

Brilliant customer service with competitive prices!

When searching for car insurance Admiral offered the best price for my car. The customer service I received whilst setting up my new policy was brilliant. Also, admiral offers the chance to add multiple cars to one policy which could benefit me in the future. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018
