SUPER SERVICE 3 daysinto policy an accident car...

3 days into policy unfortunately had an accident car written off Admiral were superb in the handling of claim at all steps of the way.Customer service were extremely polite understanding knowledgeable put me at ease. The person who informed us of offer for car were super quick with a sum we were very happy with and the matter was solved so fast.So thank you Admiral would recommend in a heartbeat. I'd found a cheaper qoute elsewhere and they were happy to match it. There customer service team is supportive and knowledgeable. When I first got my car i ran into issues with the MOT, admirals legal team where on hand to support me and provide with me the information required to get answers and solve the issues. As a first-time driver, I recently purchased car insurance with Admiral, and I must say my experience has been less than satisfactory. The cost of the policy—£1406.83—is extraordinarily high for a third party fire and theft policy, especially for someone with no prior driving experience or no claims bonus. I paid my premium in one full payment as a lump sum at comprehensive prices. While I understand that insurance for new drivers typically comes at a premium, this price range seems excessive and difficult to justify, particularly given the current cost of living in the UK. The financial burden of such a high insurance premium is overwhelming. With the average salary barely keeping up with rising living expenses, having to allocate such a significant portion of my income to car insurance puts me in a precarious position. My car is not a luxury but a necessity; I rely on it primarily for work and to support my family as the only driver in the household. This steep insurance cost adds stress and strain to an already challenging financial situation. Given these factors, my experience with Admiral has been disappointing. While I appreciate that the company offers comprehensive coverage, the price point feels out of touch with the realities faced by many first-time drivers like myself. I expected better affordability and consideration for the financial pressures on new drivers. This experience has left me questioning whether Admiral is truly committed to providing value to its customers or simply capitalizing on their lack of driving history. In conclusion, I find it hard to recommend Admiral to other first-time drivers, especially those who are already feeling the squeeze of the UK's high cost of living. This policy has certainly not provided the peace of mind I was hoping for, and I believe Admiral should reconsider its pricing structure to be more in line with what is fair and affordable for all drivers.
