My Car Insurer

I have had my family car policy for a number of years. When phoning the company, I have never had to wait long to speak to someone. My claim [ not my fault ] was dealt with in a timely and efficient manner. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022

Friendly and helpful customer service

After a number of claims in the last few years I was finding it difficult to get affordable car insurance. Admiral’s Little Box (telematics) policy has solved that issue for me. It was easy to get a quote online and then to discuss the fine details with an advisor. Fitting of the box was carried out by a third party but they were also great to deal with. I love that I can access my policy online and that with the telematics I can reassure myself that I am driving well. Been with Admiral for a few years on and off and always seem to end up coming back! Value has always been competitive and customer service has never been an issue when I've needed a human on the other end of the phone. Really enjoy using the app as well.
