Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Value for money

I could have purchased cheaper home insurance but Admiral offered more (if needed) for a few pounds more. Often loyalty doesn't pay but I thought I got a lot more peace of mind for a bit more cost Reviewed on: 21st August 2019
