As the owner for a dog born with a deformity, Agria valued her equally

When we adopted our little beagle, Willa from a local animal sanctuary we were told insurers would not consider covering her simply because of how she was born. At only 8 weeks, Willa was handed in to rescue as she was unable to be sold. When we met her; her half deformed leg was only another reason to love her more! She was perfectly imperfect to us. After being warned off most high street insurance companies, our vet suggested we call the team at Agria. From our first conversation they were brilliant to deal with. They seemed genuinely interested in our little girl. After a very easy phone call, we sorted our insurance plan out. We were so chuffed with the service and price point we have since changed insurance provider and moved our older dog to Agria - not to mention recommend to our parents! Saved Shadow our Lurcher
