Good value for basic cover Generally easy although the customer service can occasionally be a little slow. Didn't quibble over a claim and paid out quickly. Reviewed on: 5th March 2026

Calm in a crisis

One of our little cats was knocked down at 7 months and we weren't sure if he was going to make it, he now has two metal hips and a pin in his leg, it's a year and a half on and he is loving life and he brings us such joy, this would not have been possible without Agria as we couldn't have afforded the £7000 in vets fees. Agria were so good to deal with, they paid out without any hassle and were very compassionate when chatting to me at such a stressful time, I can't recommend them highly enough! I think there simply the best !!! Communication skills are excellent, there there to help 24/7 with veterinary help plus all the tips and advice for your puppy through into adulthood but most of all AGRIA pet insurance is extremely affordable for all pet owners . I have found Agria Pet insurance to be just amazing in being there for me and my two elderly cocker spaniels and paying up to help me keep them medicated and able to continue to enjoy their life, i would recommend them for their prompt payments which they are happy to pay directly to our vets and that eases the burden of the high vets bills, without this amazing company i would no longer have my girls, a big thankyou from all of us. Much cheaper than my previous insurer

Luckily, I have yet to test how good the cover provided by Agria is, but the saving over what was being demanded by ‘Bought by many’ is considerable for our two border-collies. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2022

Top Dog !

Fabulous pet insurance company. Per insurance all quite new to me as my gorgeous puppy Stanley is only 9 months old. Was very easy to change to this company after my vet advised me that I needed better cover than I had. Contacted them about a £50 voucher if I signed up with them and they dealt with my phone query immediately and then honoured this quickly and efficiently when I submitted my request for this with a vet remittance note. I am also so reassured by the fact that a qualified Vet is only a phone call away 24/7 for any advice. Thankfully , I have not needed to call as yet but it’s great to know someone is there especially as I live alone and am new to being a Doggy Mum ! Ten out of Ten to Agria. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2022

Efficient insurance company

When my bunny recently needed a keg amputation due to cancer, I was devastated. I checked my insurance and was so relieved to see that he was covered for the operation.,it went amazingly well, he is doing great as a tripod, and my claim was settled on time, and fully. More than just insurance!

Yes you get a great insurance product for your pet but Agria offers more! Some dogs cost a lot of money to buy these days but what you get back in return is priceless. I didn’t want to be faced with lifetime hefty bills for a condition my puppy might develop. Life time means life time! But Agria is more than that! I have found their regular articles and podcasts invaluable in guiding me about what’s going on with my puppy’s behaviour and how best to train him. He is worth it! Reviewed on: 22nd July 2022
