Good value for basic cover Generally easy although the customer service can occasionally be a little slow. Didn't quibble over a claim and paid out quickly. Reviewed on: 5th March 2026

Great customer service

I was able to set up insurance without hassle for all 3 of my cats, all various ages. They threw in a multi-pet discount which really made a difference to the price when comparing Agria against other insurers. Plus they offered more cost support as part of the cover. The staff member I spoke to was really patient and helpful, explaining everything clearly. I would definitely recommend Agria to friends and family. Excellent service with friendly staff

Our dog Freddie had a health issue which was ongoing for several months. The medication was expensive but Agria sorted everything out with our vets directly. They made a worrying time easier for us to bear and they were always friendly and compassionate over the phone. Thankfully Freddie has recovered and we know Agria will be there if we need them again.
