Excellent service with friendly staff

Our dog Freddie had a health issue which was ongoing for several months. The medication was expensive but Agria sorted everything out with our vets directly. They made a worrying time easier for us to bear and they were always friendly and compassionate over the phone. Thankfully Freddie has recovered and we know Agria will be there if we need them again. As the owner for a dog born with a deformity, Agria valued her equally

When we adopted our little beagle, Willa from a local animal sanctuary we were told insurers would not consider covering her simply because of how she was born. At only 8 weeks, Willa was handed in to rescue as she was unable to be sold. When we met her; her half deformed leg was only another reason to love her more! She was perfectly imperfect to us. After being warned off most high street insurance companies, our vet suggested we call the team at Agria. From our first conversation they were brilliant to deal with. They seemed genuinely interested in our little girl. After a very easy phone call, we sorted our insurance plan out. We were so chuffed with the service and price point we have since changed insurance provider and moved our older dog to Agria - not to mention recommend to our parents! We have now had our dog insured with Agria Pet insurance for around 2 year. Agria were very help when setting the policy up and always kept us up to date with information. Bonus was to received Gifts and offers throughout the last 2 year. Would highly recommend. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2022

From pup to adulthood our girl was so ill with renal malfunction incurring hefty costs in professional bills. Thumbs up to our Agria policy as she was able to receive the best specialist care she required without having the worry and extra stress of ongoing financial hardship.
