Good value for basic cover Generally easy although the customer service can occasionally be a little slow. Didn't quibble over a claim and paid out quickly. Reviewed on: 5th March 2026

I chose Agria because of there reputation and I had heard a lot of negative things about pet insurance companies. I could not have made a better choice. They really are the best

I’ve been with Agria for almost 5 years for both of my rabbits. One of them became chronically ill repeated dental issues, respiratory infections, enlarged heart, coccidia… the list goes on. But if I put in a claim they always paid it no questions asked. My rabbit used all his cover for 2/3 years running. I thought they would put his premium up or tell me they wouldn’t cover some of his many issues after all the claims but they didn’t. When I called to ask why they explained as it was a lifetime policy that wouldn’t happen. The premium always stayed the same as my other rabbits whose policy I’ve never claimed on. Unfortunately he passed away at almost 5 years old from complications with his health issues. Agria were lovely over the phone when I called to inform them and they sent me a handwritten card. I couldn’t be happier that I chose them to insure my pets and wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2022
