Friendly , caring & understanding

My dog suffers with chronic arthritis, she deteriorated quite quickly but with Agria’s help I have been able to explore conventional drug therapy but more importantly alternative therapies which have really enhanced her life. For that I am very thankful. Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

Over priced

Took lifetime dog insurance out from when she was a pup. Reasonable price at the start, - however each year has gone up steeply despite no claims being made for the last 5 years. My advice, look around at other companies on offer. Agria service is good but cost is prohibitive. Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

they are so transparent with all the aspects of your pet insurance. We had the unfortunate experience of having to claim for our pet, it was done in a very caring way and also professional way, the lady on the phone was brilliant and took me step by step in dealing with the claim. First cat

I have insured my first cat with agria, because I was advised they are good. I haven't had to use the insurance yet, but they send monthly reports to help with taking care of my cat, which I think is going that little bit further than any I have used for dog insurance.
