Great customer service

I had need to contact the helpline regarding my dogs injury. Big dogs and small dogs sometimes get tangled. She was through and able to reassure me that the injury was minor but I also took her advise to speak to my vet just to make sure. Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

Great service, been a customer for years now

I have used Agria to insure my cat for 6 years and have always had great, timely service from them. Unfortunately my cat has ongoing health issues and I have had the need to claim substantially - Agria have always deal with my claims promptly and fairly and always settle quickly. Friendly, helpful and efficient company

My dog passed away in December last year and there were some huge vet bills from my vets practice and the vetsnow hospital. The customer support at Agria insurance were not only helpful with advice on the insurance forms that needed to be filled out by the vets and hospital, but also paid up straight away and were very helpful when I had problems with the vets hospital who had forgotten to send off the forms. The staff at Agria also listened to me whilst I had a good blubber down the phone because of what had happened to my dog at the vets during and after her operation. Thank you. I really appreciated it. This helped me to decide to continue with Agria when I adopted my new dog in March. Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

Best I have ever used and there have been a few

Recently had a new puppy and the breeder gave me a free couple of weeks with Agria. Never heard of them before. Have to say it’s been plain sailing. After the free time I got a quote for my puppy plus my other dog too. It was the best even got two free welcome packs and 24/7 help line. The test really with any insurance is the claim process if needed. My puppy hid my pill box then retrieved it when I was asleep. I woke to find it open and pills missing and both dogs near it. I rang the help line, not the best I have to say but did say to take both dogs to the emergency vet as my dogs are very small. Did that As I said before the test would be in a claim Up to now it’s been easy. I rang to check my excess and process. Once again a great and very helpful staff member steered me through the process over the phone. So friendly , unlike some others, Loads of options on how to claim , another plus. I opted for an on line form but inwardly groaned at the thought. Needn’t have at all, very few questions to answer easy to upload the vets receipt all done in under a minute. Toughest bit for me was the policy number. Wow Got an email thanking me for the submission and I think it said repayment less excess within 14 working days. What more can you ask Best price Free gifts Polite well informed staff Easy claim process So very well done Agria, yes I am recommending you to all I know, can’t find a reason not to. Our great dane puppy was only 6 months old when he needed an operation on his eyes….a very stressful time but made a lot easier with the helpful people at Agria. Efficient and quick payments made. Best pet insurance company I have used. Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

I rang several well known insurers. Agria were the only one who seemed remotely interested in my pet. Unlike others, they clearly set out all the about all available options and were very professional and friendly. Their prices were very competitive too. Reviewed on: 21st July 2022
