Good value for basic cover Generally easy although the customer service can occasionally be a little slow. Didn't quibble over a claim and paid out quickly. Reviewed on: 5th March 2026

Our little Bedlington Terrier, Mabel, has been with Agria all her life. She's had an awful lot of health issues, from skin allergies to emergency spinal surgery with intensive post-op therapy, treatment for cataracts, and most recently, cancer surgery and chemotherapy. Luckily, despite all of her problems, Mabel remains the happiest, silliest, and most eager to please little dog, and I have to say that Agria have been fantastic throughout. Everyone we've dealt with really seems to care, and claims are settled quickly and without any fuss. We'd recommend Agria to anyone! Reviewed on: 18th September 2020

Quick Resolution

My little cat was hit by a car and her jaw was split in half. Agria covered all the costs with maximum efficience (except for the very reasonable excess) This helped make an extremely stressful experience less worrying. Reviewed on: 18th September 2020
