Stress free experience

I have used Agria pet insurance for years to cover my dogs and can highly recommend them - it’s worth paying a little extra as I think you really do get what you pay for with pet insurance. Agria makes what can be a stressful experience as stress-less as possible - always friendly and knowledgeable on the phone and payment is prompt. They are compassionate when dealing with them after the death of a pet - and also cover some of the cremation charges, which can be substantial for my giant breed dogs. Some insurers seem to think one policy fits all, but with Agria I can pick and chose which items to cover and so reduce the premiums - useful for my dogs whose breed attracts a higher premium than normal. My dogs are family and I really appreciate the fact I can give them the same level of health care I’d expect for myself for less than the cost of a monthly night out! Reviewed on: 18th September 2020

Terrific Customer Service making It less stressful when our animals have been ill.

When our cat became ill, Agria responded instantly and dealt directly with myself and the Veterinary practice to ensure we had no financial worries about his treatment, five star service. Reviewed on: 18th September 2020

Agria Pet Insurance is by far better than their rivals not only on price but on service too, with no quibble on claims that are processed in an efficient manner. The on-line claim procedure makes claiming much simpler in these challenging times for us all. Staff are very well informed and helpful if you need to call. Highly recommend.
