Cat and dog insurance It was easy to set up my 5 weeks free and then continue to a full policy for my puppy’s insurance. I also have cover for my cat, she loved her hamper! Reviewed on: 17th April 2026

Extremely professional in dealing with my claim

The representative I dealt with for my claim, did so in a very caring, professional manner. All I had to do was report the Vets I use, and a brief description of the operation my dog had, and they contacted the Vet and they sorted it out between themselves. I have all three of my dogs insured with agria and all been extremely impressed with the kind support I received when calling to make claims. Never made me feel awkward for doing so. Very easy to deal with

Our dog was very poorly and they were very understanding and polite. HE has been diagnosed with a condition that will be with him for the rest of his life and when I called to get conformation of the year on year payment of costs they were very quick to assure me that this was the case. Would recommend to anyone looking for pet insurance. Reviewed on: 11th September 2020

Agria care about me and my puppy

From the onset Agria were supportive in us getting the right insurance for our new puppy with a personal touch which set me at ease as I had not had pet insurance before. Agria were recommended by our vets and they were right In the early stages we did have a few visits to the vets and Agria insurance were very fast in paying our bills no waiting. It has taken the worry away should we have a serious vets bill with our new little dog. Hopefully not though Reviewed on: 11th September 2020
