I was going to cancel the insurance and called to do so, when after speaking to the caring team. They gave me some sound advice and I managed to get a price for my four animals that was less than I was paying for 2!! What a result!! Reviewed on: 11th September 2020

Lovely friendly advisors who really care

As a first time dog owner I was recommended Agria to insure my puppy by my vet. I haven’t claimed on the policy, but have used the feature which enables you to talk to a veterinary professional 24/7 (over cautious new Mum!). When first calling to set up the policy I was well informed and the advisor was very friendly, I am thankful I’ve never had to claim, but the friendly service I have received assures me that should I need to, it will be hassle free. Easy process!

Transferred both my cats to Agria from another insurance provider, phone was answered straight away from a UK based call centre and the advisor was pleasantly friendly and helpful, the premium was lower and the level of cover higher than my previous insurer so I'm very happy!
