I have 5 5 cats insured with Agria (2 whom i have had to claim for) Firstly the staff on the phone are some of the most empathetic understanding workers i have dealt with. Even during Covid they have been wonderful & precise. If I didnt understand something, they have been happy to talk me through it, with knowledge & patience. Claims always dealt with swiftly. And I love the fact that once a year we also get a voucher (per cat) towards vaccination or annual health check. Phenomenal insurance company that truly cares for the pets & owners. Brilliant company that made me feel reassured for my new puppy right from the start. Ashton offered excellent customer service and it was clear that he had my pet’s interests at heart. The information was explained clearly and I appreciated the fact that there was no “hard sell” like you get with most insurance companies. Superb value for money with lots of added benefits. I have been with Agria pet insurance for 10 years. I have total peace of mind if one of my dogs suddenly became ill, I have access to a 24 hour pet helpline which was very helpful when Flynn my dachshund became Suddenly unwell. Reviewed on: 28th August 2020

Best insurer with the best cover

From buying the insurance for our puppy, to making enquiries and thinking about swapping to cheaper insurers - the staff have been amazing throughout. We thought we could try and save money by swapping to a competitor, we ended up not swapping as there are so many "catches" with other insurers. Agria told me what to look out for when considering other companies. We are really happy with our insurance policy and have confidence that it will cover everything if the need ever arises.
