No hassle policy

I had a very sick dog a couple of years ago. My insurance policy with agria enabled me to get the best care possible. They were very quick paying the bill with no questions asked. This allowed my pup another year plus with us. I am so glad I chose them. I now have a cat who is also insured by them. Reviewed on: 7th September 2020

very compassionate and very professional staff are very helpful and friendly.making enquires is a joy and not an obstacle course like some other companies that i have dealt with in the past.we caring for our pets needs totaly compasssionate advice.and not waffle to sell additional benifits.which you dont .get with Agria.a big big thank you. I have 5 5 cats insured with Agria (2 whom i have had to claim for) Firstly the staff on the phone are some of the most empathetic understanding workers i have dealt with. Even during Covid they have been wonderful & precise. If I didnt understand something, they have been happy to talk me through it, with knowledge & patience. Claims always dealt with swiftly. And I love the fact that once a year we also get a voucher (per cat) towards vaccination or annual health check. Phenomenal insurance company that truly cares for the pets & owners.
