Best insurer with the best cover

From buying the insurance for our puppy, to making enquiries and thinking about swapping to cheaper insurers - the staff have been amazing throughout. We thought we could try and save money by swapping to a competitor, we ended up not swapping as there are so many "catches" with other insurers. Agria told me what to look out for when considering other companies. We are really happy with our insurance policy and have confidence that it will cover everything if the need ever arises. When we got lola from 8below husky rescue, she came with 5wks insurance, so I rang up to enquire, I spoke to a lovely operator who was very friendly & helpful, due to hubby's sudden illness(stroke) I forgot, rang back 5mth and was surprised to not only did I get the same person but he remember me,he was brilliant really gave both me &hubby the time as sorted out the best path for us and lola's insurance, thank you ❤ Reviewed on: 27th August 2020

Thankfully we have not had to use our insurance for our little Honey but I can say for certain that any questions that I had was answered with confidence and in detail. I’ve been with Agria for years and never had any issues. Claims always paid quickly and renewal prices never extortionate even after claims. Love that they’ve introduced discounts for indoor cats as risks for them being lost/stolen/injured are far lower as indoor cats Reviewed on: 27th August 2020

I would tell anybody to use Agria Pet Insurance you think you can do without Insurance think again, we started using our Pet Insurance when our dog Holly turned 9 she was a Mini Schnauzer so she became unwell and needed a few procedures done and from start to finish this company went above and beyond to help us under a very stressful time for us as a dog family. Over the next few years Holly needed lumps removed and again not a problem. Holly passed away 21st September 2019 and we phoned to cancel the insurance these people showed great compassion but there is something i will always remember they sent me a little card hand written to say about loosing our best friend, this was such a kind gesture. Thank you Agria Pet Insurance for everything. When the time is right we will be using your company again. Reviewed on: 27th August 2020

Couldn't have received a better service when my Labrador, Molly, needed major spinal surgery last year. I can honestly say that my claim was 100% stress free and handled so efficiently, at one of the most traumatic times of my life. Molly has recently needed another orthopeaedic consultation and scan and the representative I spoke to at Agria handled my enquiry in a professional yet caring manner. Great comprehensive insurance at reasonable prices.

Agria were recommended by our vet, and although we haven't had to use our insurance yet we are very happy with the comprehensive services they offer.
